HSA 100 versus Copay Select 100
The Network Copay Select plan’s
monthly premium is $106.11. There is a
$2,500 out-of-pocket deductible cost.
For primary and specialist care there is $35 copay. For annual OB/GYN and annual physical
examinations, there is a $35 copayment.
For inpatient and outpatient visits there is no additional charge after

The HSA 100 plan’s monthly premium is
$81.17. There is a $2,500 out-of-pocket
deductible cost. For primary and
specialist care there is $35 copay. For

no additional charge after deductible.
For drug coverage, there is no charge for drugs after deductible is paid
for and the maximum annual benefit is $3,000.
