Some of the most popular plans that Golden Rule offers are Network Copay Select, Network Copay Saver and HSA Plans.

The deductibles for Network Copay Select Plans range from $500 to $10,000.  The deductibles for Network Copay Saver plans range from $1,500 to $7,500.  The deductibles for HSA Plans range from $1,250 to $5,000.
