HealthPlanOne is an easy-to-use online service.

• Online customers visit HealthPlanOne.com and submit a basic informational form.
• They can review insurance plans and prices that meet their specified needs.
• Customers can ask questions at any time through email, live chat, or by phone to guide them through the insurance purchasing process.
  

When your links send customers to us, and that customer completes an application, you earn commission. It’s that simple.

Sign up with us through our Affiliate Program, or through Commission Junction.

• Affiliates: When your application is approved, we will provide you with your unique tracking links and digital artwork to use on your website. The links will point to our HealthPlanOne.com site. After you fill out the W9 and sign the agreement, you will be paid per completed application referred to us through your site.
• Commission Junction users: log onto Publishers side and apply for our program in the Personal Insurance category. Once you are approved, return to the reporting site to capture links and artwork. You earn commission after the consumer fills out an application and you will be paid through Commission Junction.
