Unlike a flexible spending account (FSA), this money can be kept and rolled over year after year. The mixture of high deductible PPO plans and the flexible HRA/HSA instruments provide Avalon with the next generation of health care in the State of Florida. Avalon Health Plans
Avalon iFOCUS health benefit plans put the individual first. You choose from a large variety of deductible and coinsurance options and more than a dozen pharmacy plan choices. You may also tie your consumer directed health benefit plan to a tax preferred health savings plan (HSA). The iFOCUS Co-pay Balance Plan offer members the right balance between benefits and affordability. Deductibles range from $1,000 and $5,000. Covered charges include diagnostic X-Ray and lab services, chiropractic care, and hospital care.
The iFOCUS HSA Healthsaver plans are available with individual deductibles ranging from $1,250 to $5,600. Members can choose whether they want coverage for prescription drugs through a variety of available options as well as having the option to combine with a HSA to offer an even more affordable approach to healthcare.
The iFOCUS Co-pay Select Plan is available with deductibles of $3,500 to $10,000. Select Co-pay plans offer a choice of $500, $1,000 or $1,500 hospital in-patient co-pay which covers standard facility charges such as room and board and basic care.
